For general contractors

Your Structural Engineering Department — Without Hiring One.

Submit projects from the office or the job site, keep every plan set, calculation and correction letter attached to the job it belongs to, and always know which project is waiting on whom.

No commitment to submit a project for scope review. You receive a defined scope and quote before engineering begins.

Built for professionals

Everything about a job, in the job.

Contractors run several projects at once. The account is organized the way your work is.

One Account

Every active and completed project in one place — the kitchen wall removal, the garage conversion, the addition that has been in plan check for a month. Filter by status, open the job, download the documents.

Centralized Documents

Architectural plans, structural sheets, calculations, permit comments and revisions stay attached to the project they belong to. No more searching an inbox for the version the inspector wants.

Project Status

One visible status per project, with what is happening now, what comes next and whether we need something from you. Your office sees exactly what you see.

Repeat Projects

Company details, license information and team contacts are saved once. Starting the next project takes minutes, not a fresh intake from scratch.

Team Access

Add project managers, office staff and estimators. Anyone on the team can submit, upload and check status, and every action is recorded on the project.

Repeat projects

The next project takes under two minutes to start.

Most contractors send us the same three or four project types over and over. The account is built for that.

  1. 1

    Duplicate a previous project

Start from a completed job — same jurisdiction, same project type, same team — and change only what is different: the address, the plans and the notes.

  2. 2

    Save recurring scopes as templates

Turn a scope you submit often — your standard garage conversion, your typical rear addition — into a template so the intake questions are already answered.

  3. 3

    Company details stay saved

License number, business address, billing contact and team members are stored on the account and applied to every new project automatically.

From the job site

Submit from the field. Finish from the office.

The wall is open, the footing is not what the plans showed, and the engineer needs to see it today. Open the project on your phone, take the photos and upload them directly — no email chains, no compressed images lost in a text thread.

Upload from your phone

Photos go straight from the camera roll into the project's document folder, categorized as site photos with your notes attached.

Photos are enough to start

For wall removals, footing questions and field changes, photos with a few dimensions are often all we need to define the scope.

Add plans later from the office

Open the project on site, then let the office attach the architectural set and permit information from a desk.

Field changes go to the same project

Send the condition through the existing project rather than starting over. The engineer already has the context.

Status transparency

Know Exactly Where Your Project Stands.

Each project always has one visible current status — and your dashboard tells you what's happening, what's next, and whether anything is needed from you.

Questions contractors ask

Can my project manager and office admin both work in the account?+

Yes. Team members are added to the account and can submit projects, upload documents and check status. Every upload and message is recorded on the project so you can see who did what and when.

Do you communicate with my client, or only with me?+

The account that submits the project is our client for the engineering, and all communication runs through the project. What you share with the homeowner — status, documents, timing — is your call. Final documents are yours to pass along.

Can I submit a project before the architectural plans are done?+

Yes. For wall removals and small remodels, a dimensioned sketch and photos are often enough to scope and quote. For larger projects we may quote from schematic plans and begin engineering when the set is ready. We tell you which during scope review.

What happens when the framer finds something different in the field?+

Upload photos to the project and describe the condition. Field changes are handled through the same project — sometimes a revised detail, sometimes a supplemental letter for the inspector. Your proposal describes how revisions are scoped.

Do you offer volume pricing or monthly billing for contractors?+

Every project is scoped and quoted individually, and each proposal is accepted on its own. We do not publish rates, and there are no account tiers or subscription plans at this time.

Who is responsible for the engineering?+

The licensed professional responsible for the engineering work reviews and approves every set before it is released, and signed and sealed documents are provided where the jurisdiction requires them. Licensing information is listed in the site footer.
